![]() ![]() Dunkerque is similar but actually better off - her A turret arcs are the same but has even better B arcs. Richy can get her B turret to fire 'over the shoulder' at just auotbounce angles, but you've got to push it further for the A turret. Richelieu's got a pretty sweet turret traverse rate like Dunkerque, but that only helps so much when it comes to firing over your shoulders with these ships. That's not nearly as easy to do as one might think. True that in a stern chase, she looks to be at a disadvantage, but angling and arcs means she ought to be able to swing and lay fairly quickly a full salvo, when running, no? Can't wait to try this ship out. I was merely pointing out her guns were exceptionally good. I wasn't looking to pick a fight with her or you. This was made in good humor and not as a direct attack on said person's character. So what makes Richelieu so amazing, according to you, that you come here and basically publically call someone out for not calling it the best thing since sliced bread? I mean, you've never even actually driven the thing, and the way you got killed by it - well, two-thirds of the battleships in Roma's MM spread could've done the exact same thing. So, again, this doesn't make Richelieu special. It not getting deleted by your broadside at the same range is also nothing special, all German battleships would survive that because of their turtlebacks, most American ones would, too, because of submerged citadels. I mean no offense, I'm just wondering what made you come to that conclusion?Īny battleship in Roma's MM (and many outside it) can delete her outright if given her side at ~3km, so this doesn't make Richelieu special. ![]()
